Solano Canyon

Five struggling artists living together in an old, decrepit, house on the outskirts of Los Angeles, try to navigate their egos, selfishness, and the cruelty of rejection in Los Angeles.

Based on my time living with six people in a four-bedroom house (my room was literally a walk-in closet) on the outskirts of Los Angeles as we all chased our dreams of “making it” in the entertainment industry.

In the summer of 2022, I decided to film this pilot with the help of many of my talented friends. Producing this project meant countless hours of scheduling, buying (and then promptly returning) props and costumes, and creating detailed shot lists. Filming took place over the course of two weekends. I fully produced the project with my friend and former Solano Canyon roommate Tyler Bonner.
